Strong and Confident

There he stands. Strong. Confident. Regal in appearance.

The peacock with its multicolored plumage has a beautiful crown of feathers that shines like a star in space. This peacock rules its area like a prince. We need to take a lesson from this beautiful peacock.

How often are we intimidated by the circumstance?

It might be a person or a difficulty that seems to stop us in our tracks. We need to remember who we are and Whose we are. We are children of the King. God is our Father. And we belong to Him. According to Paul, the Lord has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). So no matter how overwhelming our difficulty may be, we must stand strong and confident in the face of every adversity.

Listen to the words of the writer of Hebrews.

… Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised.
Hebrews 10:35-36

So today, dear friend, remember who you are and Whose you are! Stand — strong and confident!

♥ Blessings and Grace to You!
