The recurrent transaction occurs monthly based upon the date you first made your donation. For example, if you first donated on the 7th of the month, the recurrent donation transaction would occur on the 6th of the following month and every thirty days thereafter.
There is a 2.45% fee for each credit card donation and debit card donation that comes into Quiet Time Ministries through our payment gateway partner, Authorize.net. These fees must be absorbed by QTM. For example, if you donate $100, QTM is charged a merchant fee of $2.45, reducing the useable portion of your donation to $97.55. A small increase in your donation could offset the fee, then the balance of your gift will then go directly to QTM. The entire gift amount is still tax-deductible.
Quiet Time Ministries does not send out reminders to QTM~Partners that pledge to send a Check by Regular Mail on a monthly basis. We may attempt to contact you by email, regular mail, or telephone to keep our records up to date, and to see if we can assist you in any way. If you prefer, we can arrange to switch your monthly donation to an automatic credit card or debit card processing system. Simply call our offices at 800.925.6458.
If you miss a monthly donation, you will not receive an additional receipt and return portion until you send another gift. If you do not have the return portion of your receipt, you can mail your check using our mailing address. QTM will send you a contemporaneous receipt in a timely manner, along with a pre-addressed envelope and a return portion for your next gift. Please include the return portion with your next check so we will be able to process your donation more quickly and efficiently. Please remember this is not a bill, it is a receipt for your records.

Quiet Time Ministries meets all governmental standards to maintain our 501(c)(3) exempt status on an annual basis, and endeavors to maintain standards of accountability that convey God-honoring ethical practices.
Our payment gateway partner, Authorize.net, requires AVS, an Address Verification Service, when approving credit/debit card donations in the online store. This means that the address you enter on the billing information form when making a purchase/donation MUST MATCH the billing address on the credit/debit card you submitted for payment.
