How is Quiet Time Ministries financially supported?

Quiet Time Ministries is a nonprofit religious organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, deriving our support under Section 509(a)(2). We count on QTM ~ Partners like you through both prayerful Donations and receipts for Resources.

What payment methods are accepted for online donations?

When you click the Buy Now buttons, you are transferred to our secure transaction pages on the server of our payment gateway partner Authorize.net. For California residents, state tax is automatically added. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based upon the order total amount in U.S. Dollars per the following table.

International Orders Shipping Charge

Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States will be charged a $15.00 shipping fee above and beyond the Grand Total.

Offline Orders

You can even make a purchase by regular mail. Simply send your check and complete information about your order to our official mailing address.

Authorize.Net, our payment gateway partner, processes your order immediately. The transaction is usually reflected on your credit card/debit card account within one business day.

Upon authorization or your credit card/debit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified. Most in stock orders are shipped within one business day of being placed. Refunds and Returns

Quiet Time Ministries accepts the return of most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item. If your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of that returned or exchanged item. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Items that are used or returned more than 30 days after delivery may be eligible for partial refund.

Cancellations

Quiet Time Ministries receives requests for cancellation of orders only by calling our offices at 1.800.925.6458 and speaking with a QTM representative. QTM does not accept requests for cancellation of orders by email.

Exchanges

If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call our offices at 1.800.925.6458 to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, you must return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
