Okay, here it is, friends - QTM's first online flash video produced entirely from High Definition footage! We're in the midst of filming the Trusting In The Names Of God DVDs - 6 messages for the 30-Day Journey, and 9 messages for the A Quiet Time Experience. But first we thought we would update the 'What Is A Quiet Time' presentation, since it is referenced so many times on our web pages. Post production for the web included capture with the 'film studio quality' Cineform codec to 1920x1080/24p resolution, then to Main Concept .mp4 movie using the state-of-the-art h.264 crystal clear highdef encoding. If all this is Greek to you - it's alright. What's exciting is that this processing allows Quiet Time Ministries to deliver high quality productions that position our ministry for reaching the largest audience with the good news of Jesus Christ, and, of course, the great value of quiet time with the Lord. The Trusting In The Names Of God DVDs will be produced in a superSD 16:9 WIDESCREEN delivery format to enable maximum compatibility for individuals, churches, and small groups. On the horizon may be production and duplication in the spectacular Blu-Ray format. However, our immediate plans definitely include downloadable DVD messages as introduced by Apple through iTunes & AppleTV.
